About Lora Mazurak

Lora Mazurak is considered a serial entrepreneur who fosters, cultivates and develops relationships. She is a seasoned business professional with 41 years of experience owning and operating several small businesses in Lower Fairfield County.  She is most known for the 23 years she served as President of Dataworks, Inc., one of the youngest female owned businesses at that time - a local full-service graphics and direct marketing company. During this tenure, Lora developed strong leadership skills, an astute business acumen, successful working relationships and a passion for helping other women to succeed.  After selling the business she began consulting to small businesses with a focus on marketing and business growth. In 2015, she helped manage and build a roofing contractor and realized what homeowners need and in her entrepreneurial spirit, started a successful property management company. In the same time period, Lora was hired to be an on-site property caretaker for one of Westport’s largest estates on the Gold
Coast, where she resides today. Realizing that trust and relationships were valuable, she founded a New Business Development company that includes marketing consulting for clients selling products and services to the home building industry.

Lora offers energy, vision, and professionalism. She continues to inspire, mentor and compassionately help women lead better lives personally and professionally. She is a board member of the Professional Women in Building Council as well as a long standing member of the HBRA (Home Builders and Remodeling Association).  She obtained her real estate license as a natural progression of her career endeavors and will be focusing on building that
business.
